We had a great stay in Barra de Navidad. It was nice to be able to take a 10 minute walk to town or a water taxi to and from the malecon.

A house with all the amenities that the host Matías offers, a very quiet place to rest and is a good place to move to the beaches of San Juan de Alima and Faro de Bucerías... The house requires a little maintenance in its paint and in the curtains of the walls, it has very good distribution for the tasks at home, a lot of patio for pets and large fruit trees that give good shade the air conditioning is in very good condition, only the fans are somewhat loose and make some noise. Overall we had a great time at this place I highly recommend it.

Excellent accommodation, there is a lot of local wildlife, but it is harmless, I recommend that when visiting the place they do not leave food or junk in the pool area, everything else was fantastic, good communication, good location and a beautiful view.

Propiedad cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, con alberca y acceso facil a restaurants, minisupers y playa. Se puede apreciar la coleccion de cuadros hechos por un miembro de la familia del anfitrion. Comfortable house in a gated community with its own pool, and walkable streets and easy access to supermarkets, beach. We enjoyed the art paintings done by one of the hosts’ family members. It’s a place that would definitely make you want to go back.

we loved the place, small, nice, cozy, with everything you need to be comfortable and quiet. The place is close to the beach and there are still no bars that cause sounds at night... In the morning there is a very busy neighbor that from very early she starts to clean her place and kindly, she honks her horn with all her power to share her music. thank you God just cleans one day!! 🙏🏻 super recommended

It was a pleasant stay, the residence has all the amenities and excellent comfort, of all the rooms, the enjoyment of the pool that was one of the things that was sought was surprised by the design and very clean, I recommend if you want to spend a few pleasant days on a Christmas bar.

Excellent place everything very quiet, the pool water was very rich for the heat I was making, we had to see a coat, and it has a spectacular view! Definitely 100% recommended

i really liked the area to rest and enjoy the pool, only to enter the sea if it is dangerous , but close to San Pedrito 🌊🌊 and of course we will return 👍🏻

It's a very nice space, the host is very attentive and we really enjoyed our stay. I recommend it.

The place is very nice, the rooms are just like the photos,each one has its own bathroom (including hot water) and tv. Nearby there are neighbors, but privacy is felt. If it is cold season like December-January be careful with the exit of alacranes, we found several what we had to kill, however, we do not find in the rooms, the doors and windows are protected. The road to the river, is total hiking, which I suggest taking, the water is crystal clear and has several paths to continue. The truth, it complies with every detail in the publication, Mr. Adam was very kind, attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

It is a very large place, just for your dogs to run, it is very safe and quiet for being a closed fractionation

It's an amazing place, the gentlemen do their best to make sure you spend your stay in the best way. A very stylish house, ideal for resting, reading a book, sleeping in the hammock. I would definitely come back. At the entrance there is a great restaurant overlooking the lagoon. They only prepare their mosquito repeant.
