Monthly Rentals in College Point, Queens

This was my second time staying in one of Xiao’s listings, amazing host! I felt right at home!

Staying at Jean’s was amazing. The host was beyond wonderful. I was in the area taking classes and having this space was a life saver. It really felt like staying with a close friend. I had privacy and always felt comfortable. The neighborhood was great and parking was so easy. I walked everywhere and really enjoyed the restaurants nearby, but also the cute shops on Austin, which was walking distance away (and where the train station is located). I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, but especially as a single female who wants to be in a place that feels secure.

Everything was great. The hosts responded within minutes. Nothing to complain. Would go back when i will be again in New York. Thanks for everything

We had a great time, we liked the apartment was comfortable, and nice to have a good time with the family, transportation is easy a bus takes you to the metro station that connects with everything, about 1 hour to get to Manhattan. There are many restaurants a few Colombian, Dominican, Chinese, Salvador, Mexican corners that make you experience foods from those countries. Surroundings feel safe when we were walking late at night We really liked that I was always attentive and would definitely stay there again, compared to quality and price for me it was excellent!
