Terrace equipped with incredible sunrises. Equipment: TV, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi. Small pets allowed. 2nd floor, no elevator. Beach 200 meters away. Cleaning fee €30. No smoking. Access: from Quai du Petit Nice, head towards Camping Joncal and go immediately to the parking lot on the left (access via Gate D).
