Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Colombo

Jayantha kept in touch with me for any need from check in to check out. I stayed with my family for 1 month. The house is great for staying with family. I wanted to stay for 1 more month, but I couldn't due to some personal problems. Jayantha is a very good person. He gave me many concessions. I apologize and feel sorry for you Jayantha. From this place, everything is very close to super market, local market. You can go anywhere in Colombo quickly. It is an amazing feeling to stand on the balcony of the house and see the sea. Finally, I will say, my family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you Jayantha for your cooperation.

Afran is very nice and also answered fast and also called us upfront to say hi and to know eachother upfront. The appartment is very nice with all you need for a good stay. Aircon in all rooms, VERY good beds! Nice view, full kitchen with all you need. This is the best appartment we had in Sri Lanka and we have been there many times. I can highly recommend this apartment and Afran as host. Internet is also perfect speed. It was great 14 days in Mount Lavinia. Few meter from the beach with good restaurants. Everything was just perfect and we will for sure be back and rent from Afran!

Mr Jayantha was very accommodating. He made sure everything was working and right at home. He kept in touch with us throughout the stay and even topped up the internet for the kids. He was able to meet us at 5am. for check-in and midnight for checkout. Thank you again for the hospitality.

Fantastic place , great apartment, best time and really really good location . It was perfect . I would stay there again if I'm in Colombo . I left my charger there and was collected without an issue later . Thank you so much

I came across this place after some extensive searching and needless to say that it paid off. The host is not just a host, shes a super duper host. She helped me right from booking to to letting me in and accommodating several requests made from us. She’s brilliant. The house is as the pics show, sparkling clean, contemporary, fully loaded with the daily basics that you need, and the location is just brilliant. You truly feel like a local stayin in this place. I would recommend anyone looking at booking this place to go ahead blindly. It will not disappoint even by an iota. Sueprhost!!!

I enjoyed staying at Rajapakse's apartment. He was very hospitable, making me feel very welcome and at home. I really enjoyed staying in the room - and with the wonderful swimming pool and gym on the roof, as well as a quick walk to the beach, I had everything I needed!

I really enjoyed my stay with Camie. He has a wonderful house at a serene and beautiful green part of Colombo. The room is air - conditioned with a mini fridge, Coffee maker etc. The breakfast was also very nice with Sri Lankan cusine. Camie is kind, a wonderful host always attentive to your requirements. I wholeheartedly reccomend his house and would be staying with him on my next visit to Sri Lanka.

Excellent success! We really appreciated you coming to pick us up at the airport. As soon as we arrived, they prepared a welcome drink of orange juice and gave us a brief introduction to the room.The wife and daughter also welcomed us warmly, which was very friendly and reassuring. The room was a separate bedroom with plenty of space and the air conditioning worked very well and was comfortable.The bathroom has 24 hours hot water.In the morning, when I opened the window, I could see the garden and had a very chill time.I think it's the perfect place for those who are usually tired of the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also convenient for city sightseeing, and you can easily access it using TukTuk.I used the PickMe app to get me around the nearby beach, Fresh Market, church, cafe, and breakfast spots, negotiated and guided me for a day at 1500RS. Also, I planned to go to the elephant's orphanage in Pinnawara the next day, but they drove me to the Negombo bus terminal, which was really helpful. The host, Nirmal, was very kind and made sure that he really enjoyed the work of an Airbnb host.At the time of my stay, new distances are being built on the premises, and they will be able to use it privately in the future.We'd love to stay again next time. The stay was great with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The amenities were listed along with any charges for using them (if applicable). The host was responsive and gave great recommendations for places, restaurants and service providers.

cant expect any better than this for the price i pay, and very convenient for everything, would recommend for anyone who like quick city break. see you again
