My family loved staying at William’s beautiful house. It was the perfect place to celebrate the holidays. The house was really comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a full Christmas dinner. The house is a quick drive to Hudson and Ghent, but very private, with a beautiful yard. We had a great stay in Hudson! It's a great town and we were in an ideal location--plus it really felt like we were coming "home" at the end of each day. Very cozy feeling during some snowy and icy days!!!!! We found it very relaxing and had a wonderful visit!

What a gorgeous stay. My partner and I celebrated our five year anniversary here and each detail was perfect. The home is wonderfully curated, with stunning art, decor, puzzles, plates, you name it! And by the window, the feeders attract all kinds of birds that I’ve never seen so up close. Woodpeckers, cardinals, chickadees. You hardly need the TV, it’s so entertaining. The place is spotless and serene. And Rosy is so responsive while giving you complete privacy! You can tell she really cares about the experience she provides. If you’re looking to stay in an artfully cozy home, this is the place.

We stayed at Amanda’s house as two families with a total of 4 kids ages 8 and under. The layout of the house was ideal for putting the kids to sleep and then allowing the adults to socialize (the bedrooms are grouped together down a short hallway from the kitchen and living area. We also loved that we could be in the kitchen and see the kids playing outside so easily. We loved all of the amenities (sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and natural swimming pool). Even though the natural swimming pool was too cold for swimming, the kids used the stand-up paddle board and were delighted to spot a turtle! Would just want to let prospective guests know that the house is well-loved. It is nicely done, but it is not fresh off a renovation. We found it perfect for our group with a bunch of kids. We are already planning a trip back next year.

We really can’t say enough about Jackie’s place. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The home is well appointed and comfortable. The place is so nice we actually cancelled our plans for Saturday night just to stay in and enjoy the vibe. Spent part of the evening just relaxing in the hot tub looking at the amazing night sky!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and a nice selection of pots and pans. Would highly recommend. Jackie was very responsive and easy to reach.

Great stay. Bathrooms r small and outdated but the fireplace and hot tub and property outweigh the cons.

Dana was beyond amazing!!! Super helpful and super nice! Went for a weekend getaway with my husband. The house was so fun we ended up staying there all weekend making s’mores at the fire pit and going in the hot tub! Definitely would want to stay there again !

A truly amazing lakeside cottage. The views and breeze from Kinderhook Lake and spacious deck perfectly prepped for long afternoons and evening were fantastic. The house is spotless and features a beautiful main living area, but is a little dated. However you will not be spending much time inside with the watersports and birding available. This is the house for you if you love the lake life!

We were tremendously happy with our weekend stay. It was a beautiful space that had us feeling serene and relaxed from the moment we stepped inside. Highly recommend! Thank you!

This was the second time staying in this house with another family. Can't beat the convenient location to local mountains for skiing. House is spacious and plenty of room for two families of 4. Shiyrah is friendly and communicative.

We had the best time at Raspberry Ridge. So cute, cozy and comfortable. Beautiful grounds. Perfectly stocked kitchen for cooking. Loved having all the animals around. Extra bonus was fresh farm eggs for breakfast in the morning. Hosts were really responsive and wonderful. Didn't want to leave, honestly. A very welcoming respite from a chaotic family week. I couldn't have chosen any better and highly recommend if you are looking for a true rural getaway. Next time I'm in the area visiting family I will definitely plan my trip around availability at this lovely stay.

We truly had a fantastic stay at Donna's quaint guesthouse in Ghent! The lovely cabin and many available amenities had everything we could have asked for, and more! Donna was extremely welcoming, kind, and communicative, providing us with clear information for the check-in/out process and going the extra mile to offer local recommendations to make us (including our pup) feel at home during our time away. We would certainly go back in a heartbeat!

A lovely house in a private location. Our kids loved the games, watching movies on the projector, and watching deer from the window. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was comfortable.

Such a great experience. Peaceful and serene. I’m so glad we made the trip (6.5 hours) and definitely will be back for a longer stay! It’s so inviting, Laura was an amazing host responding quickly to inquiries. I will definitely be recommending this get away.

This air bnb was great. Beds were very small but the space was great, very clean and perfect for a dog! The backyard was not that maintained and the fence seemed to be open so we were unable to let our dog off the leash. Other than that, highly recommend. Location is 10/10.

The house was the perfect combination of cozy cabin and modern accommodation. Plenty of space inside, beautiful property, and a short drive to everything we planned to do. We’d definitely stay again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amy's house. The house itself has a great layout, is clean and has a very well stocked kitchen for those interested in cooking or baking. The saltwater pool was magnificent. It was warm, clean and tended to by both a pool attendant and the pool company during our stay. The location could not be better. Just down the street from Copake Lake and Marina and close to local organic markets and other enjoyable country living places. We love this house and will definitely be back to Amy's!

The house and land are special. Much thought and care have been given to make this place feel both quietly elegant and homey. Beauty inside the house and out, the rural setting, the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, unusual architecture - all contributed to our desire to return.

This is a gorgeous house in a peaceful setting with all the amenities one could wish for. An amazing retreat in Nature, but close enough to restaurants and cafes, so you get the best of both worlds. Dan and Nancey are exemplary hosts! They took such good care of us — from the thoughtful suggestions on things to do, to the kind offers to show us the neighbourhood trails, to giving us a lift when we needed one. They had even set up a fire for us in the fireplace upon arrival on a very cold winter’s day. The beds are super comfortable, the coffee machine is superb and the book collection is eclectic. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this house. Everything was meticulously clean upon our arrival and the views and the house were stunning. Kim made herself available for any of our needs and was a superb host would definitely consider staying again.

Phyllis’ farmhouse was cozy, quiet, and the charming winter getaway we were looking for. The property was exactly as described, well stocked kitchen and relaxing family room with working fireplace. Sauna was a great addition for our winter stay. Everything was setup for us (thank you for the firewood and starter!) Phyllis and Chris were great hosts, responsive and easy to communicate with. Hopefully we will be back to enjoy the pool during warmer temperatures!

A group of nine old college friends met at this lovely location for a weekend reunion. The house is exactly how it is described and incredibly clean and charming. The hosts were very communicative and incredibly accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook and feel right at home. The dining room is a beautiful space to gather and the whole house is comfortable, clean and inviting. We love that everyone had their own room and the bathrooms were incredibly clean with lots of extra products on hand. The bedrooms were streamlined without a lot of clutter and very comfortable beds. Everyone in our group remarked that they had a great night sleep. The house has a very interesting history and although it is an older home the owners did a fabulous job with updates and still kept all the original charm and character. Although the weather didn't fully cooperate, we were able to take a beautiful hike close by. We hope to get the chance to stay again next year
