A very cute and rustic cottage stay for a weekend get away. It is perfectly located just minutes away from Tivoli, and feels private enough. Yuko & Ethan were super easy to communicate with and check in + check out was super smooth!

A beautiful, cozy, very well-stocked home. Remote enough to feel like you're in the country but in proximity to so many great activities on offer in Copake and Hudson. A special place. We had a wonderful stay.

We truly had a fantastic stay at Donna's quaint guesthouse in Ghent! The lovely cabin and many available amenities had everything we could have asked for, and more! Donna was extremely welcoming, kind, and communicative, providing us with clear information for the check-in/out process and going the extra mile to offer local recommendations to make us (including our pup) feel at home during our time away. We would certainly go back in a heartbeat!

Becca and her team were awesome! Everything was smooth and easy and me and my group had an amazing time. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay in Robert's home was wonderful. The historic home is lovingly restored and delightfully decorated, full of personal touches that helped it feel like we were visiting old friends. It was sun drenched during the day, especially on the lovely enclosed porch, and we enjoyed the sound of rain falling on the tin roof. The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking and the home is full of books to read and comfortable seats on which to read them. Our dog loved exploring the garden and we enjoyed saying hi to the chickens. A car is necessary, and with it this home is conveniently located near Hudson and lots of fun attractions, in a rural collection of homes that grants a sense of privacy if not seclusion. Robert was easy to communicate with but also left us alone to enjoy our vacation. We have nothing negative to say, and hope to visit again!

We are SO HAPPY we found this little secret of a spot. What a lovely, lovely stay. Everything is so considered and thoughtful. So many towels, cozy sheets, and the amenities in the kitchen meant we had a night in to cook and eat outside with a view across the meadow to the fireflies. Bliss. Linda and her husband are welcoming and ready to help with any questions, and they were generous in facilitating our late check out. The space is wonderfully comfortable and spotless, and we slept like rocks. Not to mention the frittata and other breakfast goodies. Thank you thank you.

My family and I had an amazing time at Matthew’s home. This is a beautifully modernized barn with a huge private yard and easy access to downtown Great Barrington. There was peace and quiet with a sky full of stars every night. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is close to Hudson shopping and other places we visited in the area. We had a wonderful visit!

Very responsive to messages before arriving and he sent specific check-in details, and met us upon arrival to show us the space. The photos were accurate and we enjoyed our stay. It’s close to Catskill shopping and mountain exploring, and the home is very spacious and relaxing. I accidentally forgot my coat and he called immediately and made arrangements for me to come back to the house and pick it up. I was very appreciative. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Natasha’s place! The house is cosy and very well equipped - there is everything you need. There are nice walks and hikes in the area and some nice towns close by. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

I was looking for a place to celebrate my birthday with my family, and then I chose this cabin, it was simply much more than I imagined, we got there everything was clean, we had all the necessary support, they responded quickly, and all the necessary information was provided, everything exactly as promised in the ad, the river is beautiful, on the porch of the house we heard the sound of the river, the birds, it is incredible and a true paradise, there is space for children to play, for those looking for a relaxing environment and love nature this is the place, I had the best birthday of my life it was incredible 🤩 oh get ready to eat the best eggs in the USA 🇺🇸 gratitude for everything it was incredible we already want to go back. Samuel and Catherine are great 😊

Stayed with my best friends from Hotchkiss as a little sweet reunion—adorable house, super clean, and fantastic location. The sweet Williams pastries for breakfast were the sweetest touch! Really a wonderful place to stay.

This property was fantastic. The lake is beautiful, the kayaks and canoe offered by Vincent were in great condition and easy to use to explore the lake. And the house is well decorated, comfortable, and fits a large group easily. I would highly recommend a stay. Vincent is a great communicator and made the whole process easy — zero hassle whatsoever along the way.

We had a great time staying at Carrie's lovely place. We felt right at home and enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces of this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for all four of us. Each kid had their own bathroom which they very much appreciated. The open plan kitchen / living area is really nice and we took advantage of the beautiful views from the deck. At night, you can see lots of stars! The location itself is really nice. It feels a little like you are staying at Storm King Art Center as there are amazing sculptures dotting the hillside that you can see from the windows of the house. There is a small pond and zen garden you can stroll to and you can also visit Carrie's goats and chickens! Carrie was very attentive and was always available for any questions we might have, though everything was so well described we didn't have many questions! When in the area, don't miss Bish Bash Falls and strolling the shops and restaurants of the town of Hudson.

Paul's place is wonderfully whimsical and definitely is committed to the bit. There was so much to look at throughout the house, plenty of room for my family (myself, husband, 14yo, 12yo, 11yo), my sister, nephew (4yo), and our dogs. A few figurines scared a few of the kiddos at night, but they were easily moved to the adult's room for safe keeping. It was freezing cold (snow & freezing rain), but the home was warm, and there was plenty of fire wood. We explored the woods with the dogs (whom were right at home). Description and pictures of the home are accurate. It is near the top of a hill, so we did run into some slippery areas (couldn't leave one morning due to black ice on the street), and definitely glad we both had Subarus, as the driveway gained quite a bit of ice/snow over our visit. Location was great, close enough to civilization to do things, but far enough away to feel private and secluded. Paul was extremely responsive when we had questions. Thank you for a great stay!

The house and land are special. Much thought and care have been given to make this place feel both quietly elegant and homey. Beauty inside the house and out, the rural setting, the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, unusual architecture - all contributed to our desire to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Frank's place! It's perfectly located in upstate New York, near the borders of Massachusetts and Connecticut, with plenty of great hikes and outdoor activities nearby. The house feels very private and sits right on the edge of a peaceful pond, which made for a relaxing getaway. Inside, everything was spotless, modern, and spacious, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We had a nice time staying at this house. The host was very responsive and got back to me very quickly. The house came with everything you needed and more. it was nice to wake up and see the alpacas and the donkeys outside, they were literally right there , a lot closer than they appear in the pictures. The town of Hudson was about a 15 minute drive which had a lot of things to do. A little further away was the town of Woodstock, which is very cute to walk around but more like 35 to 45 minutes. Overall, very nice stay

The staying with Kathleen’s was great. Beautiful views from the bedroom windows and the host service was very good.

My boyfriend and our friends escaped the city and took a 2 hr train ride to Hudson. The house was only about a 15min Uber from the the train. We literally had everything we needed and some. We adored the house, felt right at home. We grilled a bit, thankfully the weather was perfect for a nice fire pit chat. The house itself was cozy and inviting, giving us the best sleep. The house nestled away in nature yet just a short drive from a charming town filled with restaurants and shops. Count us in to book again!
