Sherry was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We had zero issues and would stay again if we are ever in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Kathleen’s place was awesome. Great location within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. She was very responsive and kept us informed of checking procedures. The place was clean and very welcoming. Great experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

Everyone is different so there is one clarification I need to make. Dixville is a cute little village about 5 miles from Coaticook so it's not in a downtown area. We found it to be really nice to be in a small quiet environment with a little creek running by and no light pollution. However if you want gas, food, shopping etc, you do have to drive into Coaticook. It was no issue for us, but if you are wanting a downtown area with everything in walking distance, you may wish to look elsewhere. The unit is an older historic house that has had extensive renovations so it was nice, well appointed, and comfortable. The bedrooms are upstairs so be aware if you have issues climbing stairs. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive.
