The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. The main cottage has been featured on Welsh house style programme ‘Dan Do’ as well as Channel 4s A Place in the Sun: Home or Away. It is a small cottage and garden; we love it & hope you will too! This beautiful spacious Holiday Home situated in the pictuesque resort town of Colwyn Bay a stones throw from the newly renovated sandy beach/promenade. There is a little fishing village with shops and restaurants a short walk along the promeade, colwyn bay has a train station and a selaction of shops cafes pubs and the Welsh Mountain Zoo.
