Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in town.

This condo is about 50 yards from the beautiful year round 72 degree Comal River and about three blocks from central New Braunfels. The place is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Always free off street parking (two vehicle maximum) and limited covered parking on first come first serve basis. Nice elevator a few steps away. There will be an additional $40 per animal (total) Pet Fee that you will be charged after booking. No extra guests or visitors unless approved by owner.

Hummingbird Haus is our guest home in the heart of the hill country on 20 acres of land (Bird Haus Farms). Enjoy the front yard with a fire pit and benches and the back yard with a hot tub, picnic table and string lights. We are 5 minutes to kayaking/tubing the Guadalupe, and 25 minutes to New Branufels or Boerne. 8 minutes to downtown Bulverde. The wine country in Fredericksburg is 50 minutes away, as is downtown San Antonio. 5 minutes to many restaurants, Wal Mart and H‑E‑B Grocery.

ON THE GUADALUPE RIVER! 2 Pools, 4 Hot tubs! Pool in the park is heated in winter months. Huge park with large trees, great view from the balcony. Complex is down the street from Schlitterbahn, and just minutes from downtown New Braunfels or historic Gruene. Nestled on a quiet part of the river, and right by where the Comal and Guadalupe merge to make either river convenient! Hosts have lived in this area for 15 years and provided amazing insight and recommendations!

Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home plus a river view. ACCESS THE COMAL RIVER DIRECTLY FROM THE PROPERTY 550 square feet. Balcony has a river view.
