We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

The nearest beach is only half an hour away and nearby cities like Granada, Malaga and Cordoba are very easy one day trips. Enjoy the quietness of authentic rural Spain!

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

At the same time it has all the modern comforts, and has a fast internet connection -essential for anyone who needs to remain connected, or work remotely!

The perfect stop for a relaxing break or adventure. The towns are 15 minutes by car from the property and offer traditional restaurants, bars and local supermarkets.

Si deseas vivir una experiencia diferente, la Axarquía ofrece un paisaje natural excepcional, un ritmo de vida tranquilo y la oportunidad de disfrutar de la naturaleza a pocos kilómetros de la costa de Málaga. Cueva situada en el entorno de la Abadía del Sacromonte, con todas las comodidades, en un entorno B.I.C, (Bien de Interés Cultural) a 15 minutos del centro de granada, y al Albaicín, con transporte público a 50 mts, y a 200 de la Abadía, con parking situado en la misma puerta, público, pero donde siempre hay disponibilidad. Al alojarse en la Cueva de David, serán autorizados a entrar hasta la cueva a través del Albaicín (Patrimonio de la Humanidad)

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 30€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer,eine Wohnschlafküche,ein Bad,eigene Terrasse und ein separater Eingang,sowie Poolnutzung Der nächst gelegene Ort Competa ( 4 km),ein typisches weißes Bergdorf. Torrox,(12 km),am Meer. Von uns aus gehen einige Wanderwege,die besonders für Wanderfreunde interessant sein dürften.
