Our Cobblestone streets take you to our neighborhood restaurants, the art museum, library, Hollis garden, we are between two lakes-Hollingsworth it has a great walking/running path, and Lake Morton a bird paradise. All within walking distance.

This amazing, private suite is located on one of the most desired streets in all of Lakeland, and right near the beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. It is less than a block away from both the lake and Commonground Park. It is located along the I-4 between Tampa (40 min drive) and Orlando/Disney and its attractions (1 hr drive). It has close access to route 98 and the 570 Polk Pkwy and many other attractions, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. You will love this place!

This modern and private modern studio has space for three people, located in one of the best areas of Lakeland, less than 1 mile from Lake Hollingsworth, close to downtown Lakeland and major universities. Close to Disney World and 1 hour from Clear Water Beach. It is a central but quiet neighborhood, close to Publix supermarket, restaurants, gas station and laundry. Without a doubt, a cozy space !!! Lovely, private, poolside villa. The apartment is inside a completely enclosed, block walled pool deck. It provides privacy & your own personal oasis! Due to the proximity to the pool, my place is best suited for adults. I will only host young ones 13 & older that are proficient swimmers. I live in a centralized location. I am within walking distance to restaurants, park, arcade, gym & library.
