Quiet residence, very small studio 20 m², SE exposure close to all shops, 600 m from the ski lifts, ski bus shuttle 30 m away. Accommodating 2 people, this Savoyard-style studio is fully equipped. American kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, sofa bed 140/190, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and 5 m² balcony with view of Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Dear guest Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our semi-farm dating from 1812, in a completely separate part of our main house. Completely refurbished at the end of 2018, it will appeal to regulars who like quiet and cozy places, while combining authenticity, modernity and mountain charm. A 10-min walk to the center of Combloux, a 10-min drive to the start of the slopes and the start of many hiking and mountain biking trails, it will delight all types of travelers.

Cozy and romantic ground floor apartment in a comfortable Savoyard chalet: fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet, sitting area with electric fireplace and underfloor heating, TV, office area in the bedroom. Large terrace equipped with breathtaking aerial view of Combloux les Aravis and Les Fiz, only 1.5 km from the Princess of Megève cable car (Evasion Mont Blanc area), start of many walks (snowshoe loan). Free parking in front of the apartment.
