Heidi's Home in the Dolomites

An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. My place is close to beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, family activities in the Kral Ladin recreation center where in the winter there is a beautiful skating stadium, 3Zinnen dolomiten ski area 5 minutes (by car) from the apartment, various ethnographic museums. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, outdoor spaces, light, neighborhood, and people. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
