Nestled in the northern Pays de la Loire region, surrounded by some of the prettiest villages in France, the location is ideal for cycling, running and fishing.   An hours drive from the stunning beaches Normany, including the World Heritage Site, Mont St Michel. Further south lies the magnificent Loire Valley and the famous Chateau Trail.

Halfway between Mont St Michel and the Loire Valley castles! On a hiking trail, you will be comfortably housed in the quiet of the countryside and in complete independence. You will have at your disposal a nice living room with 1 sofa and 1 table, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom. You will have a private terrace facing the pastures. Alone, as a couple, with your children or a couple of friends, we will be happy to welcome you and offer you a breakfast with our homemade products.

Many historical and cultural sites are to be discovered within a 35 km radius: Medieval city of Ste Suzanne, Mayenne, Evron, Lassay, Tatin Museum, Laval, Saulges... You will enjoy swimming with the water garden (15 min) and the Gué de Selle leisure center (8 min). Hiking trails nearby.

For tourism or for work, for 1 night or 1 month, On the edge of the towpath, 50 m from the Francette bike, warm and quiet 3-star gîte, freshly renovated by us, (The exteriors remain to be finished). Living room with river view 100m away, the Mayenne. 1 double bed on the ground floor and 2 single beds on the mezzanine access by miller's ladder. (Not recommended for at least 3 years). Extra bed and cot available on request. Beds made on arrival, towels on request.

22 m² studio full of charm with a beautiful high ceiling completely refurbished, in a quiet and green area not overlooked. Located close to the village of Châtillon-sur-Colmont between Mayenne and Ernée. This accommodation offers: a separate entrance with cupboard, a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, private bathroom + toilet. Guests can also enjoy access to the garden of about 2000 m² with a seating area.

Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
