It was renovated as a dwelling, in an Art Nouveau style, at the beginning of the 20th century. It has a nice park (3700 m²) fully fenced, overlooking the cliffs of the Tarn Gorges, which offers many play areas for children (trampoline). The house is located in Pailhas in the heart of the Grands Causses (Gorges du Tarn), and 10 km from Millau.
