HOLMWOOD SNUG What makes the Snug so Special is its Location ! Within Crieff's conservation zone .and lies in Perthshire's heart only 20 minute from Perth . The views are long and wonderful ,sunsets can be spectacular from the large deck .Local walking/bike trail start almost from the door ! The Snug a compact studio (185 square feet) with a Deck of (400square feet ) and was part of Holmwood's garden and the original garage .The road is quiet and private .The town a short walk away .

A traditional weavers studio cottage with own entrance. The space has period features, charm and exposed beams along with a log burning stove. The space is laid out as a studio, with kingsize bed, two comfortable leather fireside chairs and log burner. The property also has gas central heating and hot water. Fridge, kettle, toaster and sink within a utility area - no washing machine and limited (hob only) cooking facilities. A small patio area with bistro table looks onto the main garden.

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

New 4 bed house, high spec in stunning location.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history.
