“Such a clean, tidy, and comfortable space. I had peace and quiet and everything else I needed. The book selection is perfect for someone who would find themselves in this lovely cabin. Will definitely be looking for availability the next time I stay in this area!”
Welcome to our riverfront tiny home on the high bank of the Skagit River. Our home is an easy and beautiful 40 minute drive from I-5 and just across the river from the cute small town of Concrete. Come get away from the city and relax on a private wooded 1/3 acre lot and an expertly updated home that includes live-edge countertops, new plank floors, a full size bathroom with updated flooring and penny-tile shower, and an oversized deck to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river.
“This tiny cabin is amazing! It was built and decorated with such attention to detail. Sonja and Zach made it a point to make us comfortable- with extra bedding, a selection of local beers, and all the staples a good kitchen should have. This was very helpful since we like to cook. I’m most grateful that Sonja and Zach were accommodating to our change of schedule. They were so nice and helpful in changing our reservation. We stayed for work, and didn’t get to explore too much of the surrounding area, but it looks beautiful. We definitely got some good views of Baker. There was a nice, small playground about four minute walk from the cabin, and groceries/ coffee/ pizza maybe 5 miles away.”

“The setting is lovely, the photos don’t do this property justice. Keep in mind there is no electricity to this unit, and understand that you will be taking a short walk to a clean outdoor toilet system that has no door. Lighting via battery operated lights are provided. There are great windows that bring in a lot of natural light during the day. This place is peaceful and very quiet. Everything you need to cook a basic meal, like a small 3 burner gas cooktop and pans are provided. Bring a cooler for your perishables, I noticed they had one you could use if you wanted to take it to town and get ice. Staying here during the current world situation was a very good distraction for us. We very much enjoyed walking the trails to the nearby river and the close access to Mount Baker forest.”
