Enjoy a beautiful walled garden, with a beautiful acacia offering natural shade, ideal for alfresco dining. 15 min from Condom (Bandas festival), 30 min from Vic-Fezensac (Pentecôtavic, salsa) and Nérac, close to the Gallo-Roman site of Séviac.

Our stone and earth house is built on a hillside. It is covered by a green roof and its exposure to the sun is optimal. Due to its troglodyte design, the indoor temperature remains pleasant, summer and winter. If needed, a wood-burning stove will warm you up. Along the way, you will sympathize with donkeys, ponies and sheep, as you make your way to the sauna/cold bath to relax. You also have access to our large natural pool on the estate.

Located near Condom with all its amenities (shops, pharmacy, doctors), the Colombard cottage is the perfect place to discover Gascony.
