It offers views of the horizon, the Seine River and the forest of Saint-Germain en Laye, it has a beautiful garden on a spacious plot of 600 m² without any neighbors. You can easily receive your guests. The house is 300 meters walk from the RER A and Transilien (5 minutes walk), there are only 25-30 minutes that separate you from Paris (the Eiffel Tower, Champs Élysées), 45 minutes by car.

The train station is an 18-minute walk. The banks of the Seine are a 10-minute walk away to walk along the banks and barges.
