It’s also perfect for families with kids, as it’s spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need. Very nice apartment with a good location, close to Gran Vía, Plaza España, etc. With nearby metro mouths. Patricio is very attentive to us. The apartment is very clean and I let us in before the hour because Patricio is in a hurry to have it ready for our entrance.

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

A nice and typical Spanish, small apartment. Complete and very nicely decorated. Everything is small but nice. Close to the metro, with which you were super fast in the center. All kinds of catering establishments nearby and nearby is a nice supermarket with a caterer's area.

Charming apartment , exceptional view, very pleasant terrace, very clean and good bedding . The apartment is in a quiet area, with all the shops nearby, including a very nice covered market 300m away, and also good restaurants . There are green spaces 100m away and the neighborhood is nice. Extremely well located: 10-12 minutes walk there is the cathedral, reachable by crossing the bridge. 12-15 minute walk to Palais Royal. Plaza Mayor is about a 20 minute walk away. The metro is 400m from the apartment as well as many buses. In addition, Adela is a great host, very available and who did everything to make our stay very pleasant , thank you so much for this excellent welcome!

Friendly flexible host. Location was perfect was in the middle of all the attractions. There was all the essentials. Garage was a bit on the cramped side for an SUV, so you have to be able to park well. Fortunately, we could leave the car in the garage and we could visit everything on foot. In short, I highly recommend this apartment!

Highly recommend you pick this location for you stay in Madrid. Great location right in the middle of all the great sites. We had a little shop and several restaurants connected to the building. We were able to walk to all the major sites. A quick walk to the palace. Several parks surrounding the locations and easy pick up for Uber if you want to go further. We were able to walk most of the city and felt safe walking back home every night. I say home because that's what it feels like when you are there. We got this place to allow our parents to have a place to relax in the middle of our trip. They had a kitchen they could make tea in mornings and relax on the couch with the windows open. It was a great apartment with easy access to the location. Had an elevator and secure lobby area so you felt safe. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. John was great to work with for an after hours check in and very early check out. Would defiantly stay here again.

Pablo was a friendly and helpful person at all times from the reservation, as well as during the course of the days: answering questions about places of interest, restaurants, and what to do. A 10 of 10 for your quick and constant attention to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Regarding the apartment, it absolutely complied with everything described in the description and photographs; very complete and clean. The fact of having parking is a great success, it is somewhat complex access (you have to think where the apartment is located, in the heart of the historic center!) but nothing extraordinary that you can't overcome with a little patience and maneuver, the square itself is quite wide. Highlight that we have gone with a Peugeot 407 SW (4.8m long ranchera) and we were able to come and go without major problems, although I would recommend going with a smaller car. Little more to add: our stay was super nice and we will repeat with Pablo when we come back to visit Toledo!
