Holiday rentals with breakfast in Conway

The location could not have been better with gorgeous views and easy to get to all of the activities we wanted to do! The accommodations were just what we needed, and we loved the games they had!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at Sue’s place. It was myself, husband, our 5month old baby, my mom, and 2 dogs! There was plenty of room. The home was equipped with everything we could have needed. The area was great to walk the dogs and the baby. Just a short walk to town which was awesome! Sue was great communicating about things at the house. We will definitely book there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this family farmhouse. The hosts were welcoming and great communicators. The house is on a quiet residential street. We had everything we needed - fans, kitchen utensils and gadgets, linens, and towels. It was nice to stay at a place that the owners stay in because there were comfort and convenience items (like lamps in the right places, comfortable seating arranged for group conversation, coasters, throws) that are often overlooked in places that are set up solely for AirBnb rentals. Lots of games - the big room would be perfect for families with active children.

Absolutely lovely! A very unique space with the perfect balance of quirky retro cottage meets family lake house. We loved spending time outside whether it was on the dock and in the lake or relaxing on the screened in balcony upstairs! Would absolutely do it again!

What a stunning place and great host. Ms Stacey’s home is a beautiful home filled with several vintage works of art, many of which I have never seen before. Stepping inside felt like time traveling to the 1970s. Ms Stacey stayed up late to accommodate my 10pm arrival, and was very communicative, personable and kind. Her place was spotlessly clean and aesthetic and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in collecting the finest pieces of vintage art and furniture. When I woke up, she made me breakfast and coffee and even packed a small lunchbox for me with fruits and candy. And then I met the star of the show Laddie, the sweetest, friendly, happiest Pug-Zu ever. I highly recommend Ms Stacey’s home. Her place is magical, and she’s a highly knowledgeable local who has lived in Maine her whole life. She’s sweet, full of life and kind and you couldn’t find a better host elsewhere.

Claudia was an awesome host and very responsive. We had a good night stay in a nice private bedroom with private bathroom. We really appreciated her hospitality with breakfast food that was left out so kindly for us. Although it was such a brief stay on our road trip, we will consider staying here again in the future if we are in the area!

This is our second time staying with Sally and we felt right at home! We've enjoyed getting to know Sally and loved her recommended hike down the road. We even got to borrow her sweet pup Willow for the hike and she made sure we were on the right trail! We appreciate her lovely home with everything we need (and more) and all the tasty breads! We can't wait to stay again next time we're in the area!

Our family has stayed at a lot of air bnb rentals and this was one of the nicest! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the walkway down to the rental. The snacks/breakfast items provided were so helpful and made getting ready for skiing the next morning so easy since we didn’t have to take time to find a grocery store or restaurant. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with and we’d stay here again in the future.

Firstly this is not just some ordinary room. This is an amazing full bed and breakfast experience run by 2 hospitality professionals that are top notch at what they do. This B&B is a HIDDEN GEM!! If you aren't immediately entranced by the views of the sun rising and setting over a pristine mountain lake you will be lost in the beauty and character of the building which is full of eye catching art. Shelia and Bruce were a joy to conversate with and were some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They are very pet friendly and treated our dog like family! As for the garnet suite the room is gorgeous and feels luxurious. The bathroom is a stunner and very large and open, it is so relaxing and the green jade marble tiling adds a gorgeous touch. What are you waiting for?! Book this B&B you will not regret it!! I rarely write reviews but had to since I was so blown away.

A very cute basement apartment below a family home with plenty of space to explore. We had only stayed one night but would’ve felt comfortable staying longer in this lovely space. The hosts provided many snacks in a little welcome basket as well as ingredients to make breakfast sandwiches. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice retreat with a lovely space around them.

Mary and Jim are wonderful hosts.They were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Jim prepared wonderful creative home made meals. I really enjoyed conversations about travel experiences and sitting by the fire with the pups! As a single traveler I highly recommend staying here. We skied Black mountain and stayed here, it was awesome! Breakfast was delish, the space was very cute, and staff was amazing (shoutout Amy). We’d definitely stay here again.

John was a lovely host, and the apartment was wonderful. The location was a great starting point from which to explore the surrounding area. Super peaceful, and the bed was so comfy. At night, you can see the stars through the skylights, which was great. The place had everything needed for a short stay, would definitely recommend!

We only stayed for one night but had such a good night's sleep! Peter and Karen were the perfect hosts. Responsive when we asked questions and were very accomodating! We particularly enjoyed the warm, bathroom floors and the spruced up studio. 10/10 would recommend to other travelers :)

I have been to many wonderful B&Bs over the last 40 years (Canada, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Virginia, ...) and Brookhirst Farm ranks right at the top. Victoria and George are wonderful hosts. The accommodations are very comfortable, beautifully decorated and very homey. The view is incredible, one you would want to wake up to every morning. Every breakfast was delicious (George's pancakes were perfect). And if that isn't enough dogs are welcome. I will be returning more than once.

Loved having coffee in the sun room! Although we were there for a very short time, it was so nice to have a comfortable, elegant place to stay that wasn't a hotel while we visited town for our daughter's parent's weekend. Bjorn and Elaine are wonderful hosts of a beautiful, historic site. The house itself is rich with lovely historic details including wide plank floors that one would never see, old glass, incredible wood beams, and more. Bjorn and Elaine could not have been more welcoming and kind. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return should we find ourselves at the beautiful lake in the future. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

My second stay in another lovely room with a private bathroom. April is such a welcoming host, and her place is incredibly well-cared for and stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommended!
