Monthly Rentals in Cooper Jack Bay Settlement

We had a great time at Kaian’s place. All beautiful beaches are within 10-15 mins drive. A lot of great restaurants are also within 10-15 min drive. The place itself is very peaceful. House is clean and Kaian replies right away overall stay is amazing.

I needed a place for one night by the airport as I came in a day before my resort stay. Rosie’s was perfect for me! It was small, cute, clean and cozy. Twin bed and large tv, excellent a/c. Rosie was extremely pleasant and kind. Take her up on her offer of picking you up at the airport for a small charge. The airport taxi monitor didn’t really want to put me in a regular airport taxi, and ended up calling her to come and get me anyway!! :)

Amazing find and great host! The property is amazing, quiet, calm, beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Its a great place to disconnect and explore turks and Caicos. The best thing to do in Turks and Caicos is beach hopping and Michael’s place is super central, yet hidden in nature so you can go anywhere from there but still disconnect and relax easily. The airbnb comes with two beach chairs and a cooler. Just load them in the car and go explore! We also enjoyed having down time and reading by the pool area in between beach days. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again when visiting turks and Caicos. Things you must know about turks and caicos: you need a car regardless where you stay. Taxis are not readily available, not even by the grace bay beach area (lots of tourists get stranded there). The island is super safe and its fairly easy to drive. you will enjoy the freedom and time savings from being able to drive to places.

We loved our stay at Serenity Studio! This was our second time to TCI, and as budget travellers we really appreciate rentals like Eric's that are affordable but in our opinion so much better than any resort. The studio was absolutely spotless and the outdoor space was beautiful and well maintained. We didn't cook but noticed the kitchen was well appointed. Communication with Eric and his wife couldn't have been more efficient. We slept so good (mattress was COMFY), AC was cold and fans we're also nice. There were beach chairs, beach towels and plenty of extra towels and blankets provided. We never felt without anything. Highly recommend!
