Cozy studio in well maintained house from 1900. 150 sq ft with full size bed. Unit is comfortable for one, tight for two. Right in small town of Amenia. Front porch with seats/table. Walking to food, shops, drive-in movie theatre, and rail trail. Trail is 1/4 mile from house, paved and only allows walking/biking. The large, custom dinner table seats 8 comfortably with lots of room to hang, play games, watch movies and more. Guests must be 25 years old to rent.

The Casita is a studio apartment comfortable for solo travellers, couples or just two folks who don't mind sharing a bed! We’ve endeavored to make it a comfortable stay for a weekend or even longer, with all basic amenities, a queen size bed, standing shower bathroom, and kitchenette. Although it is an apartment on the ground floor of my house, you will have your privacy with a separate entrance off of the driveway which is for guest use during the stay.
