We had a great time staying in Ingrid’s place. The place is amazing. It is immaculate, wonderful, brand-new and nicely decorated with beautiful European style furniture and European vibes. Ingrid knows how to decorate and host. She was friendly and we had a very good time. You can tell Ingrid takes hosting seriously and goes above and beyond to keep the guest stay positive. I recommend and we will for sure be visiting the house again. Thank you for the lovely and intellectually stimulating conversation. It was a pleasure speaking with a scholar. Thanks again and can’t wait to visit again.

Carolyn's place is lovely - it is comfortable, cosy and clean. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. We appreciated the extra touches like the fruit and little snacks, as well as games and books.

A perfect spot for a peaceful stay. We loved lighting a fire and watching the stars at night. The garden is lovely, and the cottage is very thoughtfully equipped. It is so welcoming, clean and comfortable.

We had a great time. The house was beautifully renovated. Best hot shower I’ve had in ages!! Location was great. Close to the National Transport Museum and a Pioneer Village. Grandkids loved both of those. Victoria Park was also a hit. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Host thoughtfully had brochures from a range of local eateries, sightseeing tips, etc. all in a great welcome binder with clear instructions for exit as well. Would an absolutely recommend. Will definitely be back.
