Great communication. Lovely rural setting. 5min to Bellingham in car where their are pubs,cafes and a small supermarket. The accommodation is well laid with everything you need. We got nice and cozy with the log burner. Nice walk to the river near by. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay and can’t thank Jennifer enough for everything. Her communication is outstanding, she’s so helpful, friendly and always goes the extra mile. She kindly had a high chair delivered to the property just to help us out. No question was too much and she replied instantly. The holiday village is exactly what we were looking for as it had so many facilities to entertain our baby. We loved the pool, duck pond, park, hot tub and children’s game room. The accommodation is fab- super comfy bed, and all the amenities that you need. Balcony had lovely views. She kindly provided thoughtful gestures including coffee, tea, jams, and shower/dental kits too. We can’t thank you enough for everything, and we can’t wait to come back in summer!

First of all, Jacinta is the best Abnb host we have ever encountered. 💜 This is an historic building full of character. It was welcoming and warm with everything we needed. Jacinta kept in touch to check out if things were ok which was so helpful. The house was cosy, beds comfy, great warm shower and a thoughtful welcome pack and fresh flowers. Thank you Jacinta.

Stayed here for 10 days in January and the flat was perfect for what we needed. Iona was really helpful and everything ran smoothly, it was so easy to check in & check out!

Very comfortable stay. Kate’s apartment is light and spacious but also lovely and warm, (in November), and in a really peaceful location. Kate was really friendly and flexible. Would recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

Raymond was so helpful and responded to any questions quickly. The property was spotless and just what we needed. The only thing i would suggest to others is to bring slightly warmer clothing to wear on the evenings, as expected with the style house it gets a tad chilly but this doesn't impact the stay at all! Thank you again :)

We had a lovely stay at Emily’s house - the house itself is bright and airy and had everything you could need - very centrally located and walking distance to the town and the castle etc - For any park runners out there it’s only 10 minute walk to the local parkrun which was a bonus! Will definately be back

Just back from a lovely 2 night stay at castle view. Paul's home far exceeded our expectations it was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. It is in a lovely quiet area and within walking distance to the local shops/pubs and ourselves and our dogs felt right at home. Paul was very responsive and informed us prior to our stay of a slight issue with one of the beds. This didn't affect our stay in the slightest but Paul hand delivered us a lovely bottle of wine to compensate. We hope to stay again soon! We would also recommend the wellwood arms if you are staying for food/drinks a lovely local pub and a bonus that they are dog friendly too!

Had an absolute great stay from the hosting to the house itself. I couldn’t recommend this any higher! It’s a beautiful home and Frankie was amazing in helping with anything.

Kendra was a very welcoming host. Her home was the perfect melting point for us and our friends to get ready and relax before attending a wedding. She had thoughtfully bought us some supplies and made our stay very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic flat in a great location. It was much bigger than it looked in the photos which was a great surprise. Super easy check in and Antonio was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at the apartment, we arrived on a very cold afternoon, opened the door and the warmth hit you, it was so cosy and welcoming. Elaine was great to communicate with, really friendly too. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cosy, we hope to return in the summer to enjoy the lovely outdoor area at the back. Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

We had a lovely stay at the Seaglass apartment. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and just across the road from Seaham's beautiful beaches. Paul was really friendly and responsive to any questions.

We had a lovely stay and as others have said, the apartment was spotless and very well equipped, Elaine has thought of everything you may need. We felt describing it having a garden was a little misleading though as there is no grass. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, lots of treats! we didn’t have a doggy welcome pack as others have described though, but we had packed for him so not much of an issue. Great situation near the river & walk to a gorgeous beach, especially handy if you have a dog. Warkworth is a lovely place!

After trying few flats in Saltburn finally I found what I am looking for. This place is clean, comfortable and just around the corner of restaurants and bars. Landlord was very proactive and always responding to my questions. Will come back again in January.

beautiful home with everything you need at hand. although we didnt cook there was plenty of utensils etc , great restaurants around and cheaply priced We had a lovely time and Ken and maxine were great hosts . would book again
