Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Coressia

Awasome location, big house (we stay with 2 families, 5 children the oldest at 9 years), clean and modern facilities, spend a lot of hours at the ca 20x5 m pool, had dinner at the "mezedopoleion" tavern of Theodoros, 5 min. car drive into the village, Theodoros manage for supply of fresh fish on pre order of 1 day or dishes like pastizio for the kids at reasonable prices, 5 min. car drive to the excellend beach of legraina 15 to poseidon temple. Easy internet success, cable tv (offered but not used) Recommendable at any times!

Це був прекрасний спокійний відпочинок, у квартирі є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Нам дуже сподобалось їсти на терасі, з прекрасним видом на цитрусовий сад. Пляж зовсім недалеко від помешкання і нас приємно здивувала смачна кава на пляжі. Дуже вдячні за гостинність господарів, які за декілька хвилин намагались вирішити всі наші проблеми. Окремих обіймів заслуговує Грейс 💓

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im „Rural house“. Es liegt absolut ruhig an der Ostküste von Kea mit Blick auf die Ägäis, Keas Nachbarinseln und ein atemberaubendes Tal, in dem das Auge gerne Ruhe findet. Wir waren oft einfach nur auf der breiten Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht genossen, der Sonnenaufgang fesselt einen ganz besonders. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und hervorragend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Das macht mit der tollen Musiksammlung ganz besonders viel Spaß. Krysta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und im Haus hat schon ein Willkommenskorb mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten auf uns gewartet. Ein kleines Büchlein mit Empfehlungen liegt aus. Wir mochten besonders den Sikamia-Strand, zum dem man 20 Minuten fährt. Wunderbar ist es auch, morgens den Weg zur kleinen Kapelle und zum alten Waschplatz des Dorfes zu gehen. Ganz besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns die zwei roten Katzen und wir hoffen, dass sich die nächsten Gäste auch um sie kümmern. Wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à proximité du temple de Poseidon avec une très jolie vue sur la mer ! Entièrement équipée et moderne. Sans oublier la piscine / jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir. Philipp nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour les restaurants et visites. Communication très réactive avec Philipp qui nous a toujours répondu dans la minute !

Wonderful home, quiet neighborhood, very clean. And the host is very communicative! 10/10

My stay in Konstantinos place was great! I loved the location and apartment, very close to nice restaurants and beach. The apartment is very well equipped and the balcony amazing. Konstantinos was very helpful and I really recommend this place!

Loutra is an excellent location to stay In Kythnos. Quite area walkable to the restaurants and bakery's ! the place is not very big but it was very clear with lots of amenities provided in the kitchen and etc. we had an issue with the place but Demetrios solved it as soon as he could! the place is highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sofia. La vie de l’appartement est juste magnifique ! De belles plages à proximité ainsi que de nombreux restaurants pour profiter de Porto Rafti et se reposer.. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

הגענו לדירה של Panos בשעה מאוחרת מאוד, באמצעות מונית משדה התעופה, בהתראה קצרה ואחרי טיסה לא מתוכננת (אחרי שהתבטלה הטיסה המקורית). בהתכתבות לפני ההגעה הוא היה אדיב מאוד ועזר לנו עם ההנחיות להגעה. הוראות הכניסה לדירה היו ברורות מאוד. הדירה נחמדה מאוד. קטנה, נקיה מאוד ומאובזרת במה שצריך. עם מרפסת יפה בכניסה. מתאימה לזוג. האזור שקט וציורי. לא רחוק מהים. יש סופרמרקט גדול בטווח הליכה לא גדול. כדאי מאוד להגיע עם רכב (אין הרבה תחבורה ציבורית באזור). Panos עזר לנו מאוד, והציע לנו ביוזמתו הסעה חזרה לשדה התעופה, מכיוון שלא הגענו ברכב. אנחנו ממליצים מאוד. יש ל Panos כמה דירות לאירוח בגדלים שונים. תודה רבה Panos. אם נגיע לאזור נשמח להתראות שוב.

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Das Appartement liegt in einer Anlage erhöht am Meer, wunderschöne Bucht. Die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt mit kleinen Wegen. Dort lebende Katzen sind sehr lieb. Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir haben bei Anreise klare Anweisungen erhalten und täglich hilfreiche Links für Restaurants und Sightseeing. jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war sauber und modern. Man hatte alles bekommen was man brauchte.. wir haben uns gut erholt .. vielen Dank für die schöne Wohnung. Das einzige war, wir hatten kein griechisches Programm (wollte Erinnerungen aufwecken, da ich griechisch spreche), die Ansprechpartnerin dort wollte sich kümmern ist aber leider nicht passiert. War nicht so wichtig. Tor für den Parkplatz gab es oft Probleme aufzumachen.. Muss man halt oft versuchen..,

This apartment was exactly as expected - no, wait - a little bit more. The light was much nicer than I thought, and this is a big plus. Pleasant, clean, light, airy, well equipped, convenient. What more to ask for. I would say there again.

Demi et Angie nous ont accepté pour une seule et courte nuit. Nous avons reçu de leur part, la veille de notre arrivée, une liste de bonnes adresses à proximité. Tous nos messages ont reçu une réponse rapide. L'appartement était fort joliment aménagé, fonctionnel et impeccable. Nous regrettons de n'avoir pas pu rester plus longtemps !

The flat is nice and comfortable. We really liked the view and the location is very convenient. Dimitris was very helpful explaining everything about the flat, check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Evdokia is a lovely host 🫶🏼 She took care about my late check in, gave recommendations for the area and helped me finding bus connection to Athen. I can recommend this apparment for a quite time close to Athens. two lovely beaches close by in walking dictance. restaurants and lovely bakery around the corner. you need a taxi from the airport to arrive, public busses going to Athens from the village. I could ask Evdokia everything and she helped me and replied very quick. I can highly recommend to stay in Evdokias appartment.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Από την πρώτη στιγμή καταρχάς η επικοινωνία η οποία ήταν άμεση με σαφείς οδηγίες και με πολύ ενδιαφέρον εάν όλα ήταν όπως έπρεπε αν τακτοποιήθηκαμε κλπ. Το διαμέρισμα άψογο με πολύ χώρο τόσο στην κρεβατοκάμαρα όσο και στο σαλόνι τραπεζαρία άψογα οργανωμένη κουζίνα η οποία είχε τα πάντα από συσκευές Και πλήρης σε όσα χρειάζεται να έχει μια κουζίνα το ίδιο και το μπάνιο το οποίο ήταν κι αυτό πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η τοποθεσία πάρα πολύ καλή με πρόσβαση με τα πόδια σε εστιατόρια και καφέ παρόλαυτα σε ήσυχο μέρος ήσυχη πολυκατοικία πολύ ωραίας αισθητικής και με την παραλία και την βόλτα του Πόρτο Ράφτη στο πίσω μέρος της. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε Ξανά σε κάποια ανάγκη για κοντινή εξόρμηση κοντά στην Αθήνα και με πάρα πολύ καλή πρόσβαση από την Αττική οδό. Το επισκεφτήκαμε φθινόπωρο αλλά μας δημιούργησε την ανάγκη να το επισκεφτούμε και καλοκαίρι.

I cannot say enough of how happy we were with this unit….It truly felt like home. Amazing location, massive patio with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and an easy 4 min walk to the beach. Our hosts, especially Rania, were extremely responsive to any questions we had. The only thing missing from the unit was a Greek Briki to make Greek coffee. I’m sure next time there will be one waiting as we will 100% be returning.

Eimillia, מנהלת הדירה אישה לבבית מאוד, שירותית, נחמדה. היא הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה ונתנה מענה מצוין לכל דבר שביקשנו. אין בדירה Netflix . חדר האמבטיה מאוד קטן מאתגר עבור אנשים גבוהים וגדולים. אם תהיה לנו אפשרות נבוא שוב בעיקר לפגוש את Eimmillia.
