This tufa stone house, dating from the 16th century, which benefits from a turret and a spiral staircase from 1830, is located a short walk from Cormery Abbey and its gardens. You'll love this place, renovated since 2011. It is suitable for families and sleeps 10 people, with the possibility of adding 3 people for an extra fee. I warn that the staircase is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Note that the house is close to a busy street during the week.

Our cave house is located on the edge of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace and a barbecue; it can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center, you can leave your car in the small private parking lot and do everything on foot (10 minutes from the city center). You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor… We offer, when we can, breakfast on the 1st day.

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.
