The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

We spent 3 days for a bachelorette party. The villa is really crazy, even more beautiful than in the photo. Each floor is independent, with its kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. The house is crazy in every detail, from the decor to the amenities included. The pergola, the pool and the view are spectacular and we really enjoyed them. We also organized a party with the deejay in the pergola, wonderful! The owner was really top: very helpful in all our requests and was also very flexible both at check-in and check-out. Absolutely recommended place!!!

We were taken care of by her brother. She was very friendly and explained in detail tips based on the way of thinking of the indigenous people. A lot of success.

From beginning to end, great The villa is a gem, fully equipped with everything you need. We traveled about tenth, everyone was able to retreat. Despite the bad weather, we took the time and are from La Spezia via Lucca to Pisa for sightseeing I'm sure we'll be back

Very good stay, the accommodation is very large with lots of stairs but it is well located, the village is pretty and quiet and the terrace is really good. The person who took care of us very kindly. Just maybe we didn't pay attention to the 200e paid on site (150 cleaning and 50th fee) but hey. Close to a lot of things I would recommend
