The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Pepper Pot is a smart dinky bolthole, perfect for two, with direct water access down steps to the sea. There is a terrace and a large window seat with panoramic views of Fowey Harbour. Hop on the Polruan Ferry to Fowey for lots of good places to eat or visit one of the two local pubs only 5 minutes walk away. There is a kitchenette perfect for rustling up meals and a king size bed. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for guests and there is a mooring available if required.

Ideally located to explore beaches on north & south coasts.

Lovely 3 Bedroom static caravan with two bathrooms situated on the popular Bude Holiday Resort with a private costal path with direct access to the beautiful beaches in Bude, on-site heated pool, lovely refurbished costal bar with amusement arcade. Only 15 minutes walk into the seaside town of Bude with its array of shops, restaurants and cafes. Local supermarket also is walking distance from the site. A special place to make lasting memories for all the family.

Boutique 4 bed beach house with amazing sea views!

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
