Chalet le Bellevue

Comfortable 56 m2 chalet including: On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) open to the living room with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet. Upstairs: One bedroom with a 140 cm bed + closet, a second bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds and a 90 cm single bed + closet. Linens are not provided in the cottage. Cleaning at the end of the lease is the responsibility of the tenants.

Authentic Alpine Chalet

Authentic alpine chalet called "Le Veillou" dating from 1931 and which was once used as a surveillance post for the first ski slopes of VILLARD-DE-LANS. Located on the heights of the village, at a place called "Les Cochettes". Ideal location for the start of many hikes (Col Vert, Cascade de la Fauge, etc.) and 5 min drive to downtown. The chalet has retained its old-fashioned charm with the comforts necessary for a stay in atypical and natural surroundings.

The wild beauty of the Highlands in the South Vercors awaits you! A traditional sauna has been set up in the ecogiite for your relaxation. A 2-hour session is offered. The cottage is independent, adjoining our house.

It offers 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bunk bed, a large kitchen/dining room, a living room overlooking a 20 m2 terrace, facing south. The heating method is a pellet stove with visible flames. 2 parking spaces are available right outside the entrance. Possibility to take the Green Up Pack for 8 Euros/day for your electric vehicle.

During school holidays the cottage is rented only weekly from Saturday to Saturday outside these periods it is rented either weekly or for a minimum of 2 nights. Great for hiking 7 kms from Col de l 'Arzelier, near Gresse en vercors 10 kms, 25 km from Lake Monteynard and 13 km from Monestier de Clermont (where shops are located: intermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) Pets not allowed. For any electric vehicle charging, please let me know. Indeed, the rental does not include recharging.
