very nice cottage with all the necessities to spend good times with the family. We were in inter-seasons. the shops were closed but Roxanne had warned us. So we brought our refueling for 4 days.

Very pleasant stay in a cottage where everything is there to spend a quiet vacation. Annick welcomes us as if we were at home. A quiet environment that offers all kinds of activities... in short, a real family-friendly mountain vacation break. We recommend it.

The cottage is comfortable and very well-equipped, located on the heights of the quiet village. Lise is responsive and accommodating. We had a great time, we recommend it.

We spent a pleasant week in the small chalet of Aline & François, spacious, clean and tidy, located on a private estate, next to the owners' house and in a beautiful green and flowery environment, very quiet near the city center of Allevard. Thanks to François for his warm welcome. We'll most certainly be back.

We lived in this temporary listing for a month and a half while waiting to find a fixed place. The setting is idyllic and matched our expectations. Close to the city center by car, walk all around and surrounded by nature. A refreshing, relaxing place with super nice hosts. Very responsive to requests and a friendly side. I would recommend it 100%. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a lovely family stay, in the snow. The cottage is very well-located between lake and mountains.

Chalet in a peaceful environment 30mfrom the ski resorts of Margeriaz and Semnoz. Ideal for 4 people. A nearby bakery offers excellent bread and good fruit pies. Sébastien is responsive and the instructions are very clear.

The cottage is very well equipped, as much for us but also for animals. Access to the cottage is a little difficult but everything is very well indicated and described in advance when booking and on the listing. And that's also what makes the charm of the cottage in the middle of nowhere and in an incomparable calm. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure at Nathalie's!! For lovers of nature, calm and change of scenery, go there without a second thought!

It went very well, from check-in to key exchange. Arthur is very responsive and was able to respond to all of our requests. The place is great, the location is beautiful. When we left, Laurence was more than at the top by offering us to take care of the recovery of the glass, which I suspect is exceptional!

We had an exceptional stay! Everything is thought out in every detail to offer optimal comfort and a memorable experience. The accommodation is impeccably clean, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The hosts are simply great: welcoming, caring, and extremely responsive. They were able to make our stay even more enjoyable thanks to their valuable advice and great availability. We recommend this place without a second thought and will come back without hesitating!

Wonderful family weekend spent in Marie-Aimée's cottage. We were 14 adults and 4 kids. We all held at the table, including at the table. The main living room upstairs is beautiful with the fireplace. Marie-Aimée was more than accommodating on schedules and very responsive by message. We lacked nothing! The location is convenient a short walk from St Jean d 'Arves. Thank you, I highly recommend it!

We had a super nice time at the cottage. We were 12 people. Nice that there are so many corners, spacious kitchen , cozy terrace, games room for the kids, spacious living room ... everyone had their own place. Spacious ski storage, garage.

Brilliant chalet. We had 9 people staying there which was comfortable. 1 double room, 2 rooms with twin singles then the upstairs area with two double beds in the same room. Very responsive host, easy check in/out. Chalet is well stocked. Ski and boot locker included is a 2 minute walk from Jandri lift located underneath the umbrella bar at Cote Brun Hotel and is a MASSIVE plus and major selling point for this property. Overall really great. Minor criticism would be there are only 2 toilets (3 showers) which feels definitely one toilet too few, also the sinks are located outside the toilet room itself which is always weird. Apart from that though really great and comfortable stay. Thank you

Stayed for rise festival in a group of 15 was perfect size for all of us. The chalet is amazing and in a perfect location ski in/out. We had a few issues including with the boiler however Yvan was quick with responses and the house keeper Melvin was extremely helpful whenever we had issues. Yvan also organised for us all to have fondue on our last night to apologise for the heating/ hot water and pool temperature issue. Overall an amazing chalet would 100% recommend for big groups/ family’s

We really liked the house: it fits perfectly with the description, it is clean and quiet, with a magnificent view. The host is super nice, he even provided us with a barbecue and medicine.

We had a great time at Josiane's; the setting is very beautiful, the accommodation is quiet and functional. We enjoyed the friendly welcome from our host and their hospitality. The location of the accommodation allowed us to take very nice hikes and access the heart of the village easily without taking the car.

Confortable cabin for a very peaceful vacation. We went here last it’s my kids and they loved the lake view! Also, we managed to ski for one day in a station only 1 hour away!

Pascal's cottage is friendly and extremely peaceful, you are lulled by the sound of the river and the calm of the mountain. The amenities available in the house allow you to cook all the small dishes of the mountain. The lifts are 5 minutes away, only the Saint Colomban estate is off-center from the Domaine des Sybelles. I would highly recommend it! Pascal is a attentive and caring host.

This is an amazing place to stay for a large family. Isabelle was great to deal with and replied to messages very quickly. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. The outside area is great for dining etc. The house has everything you need. thanks for having us.
