Welcome to the Studio @ SAGE, a charming apartment in an old mill. We want to be up front that, like many older buildings, there are occasional quirks and imperfections. This cozy one-room apt offers a full-size bed and 2 single beds (convertible to a king). There's a WC, shower room, and a mini kitchen. Please note, the river is a 3-5 minute walk downhill through the garden. We're 1km from Treignac village, the Intermarché, and 3km from Lac Bariousses. Enjoy a unique, tranquil stay!

The Attic: Under the roofs - 4-5 guests

Located 4 km from the A20, you will be welcomed by the host in a stone house and a typical Corrèze village. The accommodation is shared with the host. Ideal for a nature break during long trips or a longer stay in the countryside. The entire attic will be for you (two single beds, a double bed and an extra bed if necessary) and a shared bathroom. Toilet and water point in the attic. From the terrace, splendid view of the Vézère. Note: two dogs will be in the house.

Our family home, a typical 1896 Corrèze farmhouse, is located in the heart of the Milles Sources plateau. Refurbished, for our holidays we want to discover this little corner of France that is still wild. The hamlet of Neuvialle, both very quiet and vibrant because of its inhabitants, is the starting point for a multitude of hikes directly on foot from the house, through the coniferous forests, the heather moors, and the pastures where lambs graze.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
