Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Ideal for families and friends who appreciate history and architecture. Those sensitive to bells should refrain.

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

A stone's throw away, a typical bistro to eat, a bakery, cellars of large and small champagne houses, shops, bucolic walks and incredible views. Jérôme takes you on the Bullet to discover the UNESCO-listed hillsides, price on request. A sharing of our life on our two boats: Bullet1927 for aperitifs, the Zwaantje for your starry nights. 2 canoes are available.

A 17th century house, warm and comfortable, accommodating up to eight people. The authentic charm, countryside, garden, private swimming pool (under video protection) will recharge you in a soothing setting (swimming pool from May 15 depending on the weather). The restaurant (a few meters away) is located in a 1930s-style winter garden with its traditional French cuisine.
