Beautiful 33 m2 studio, separate bedroom, very recent equipped kitchen, 1 double bed 160, mountain/sea view, swimming pool, 1.7 hectare property, very quiet, superb panorama, hiking trails, 1 bathroom, 2 people, parking, in the middle of nature (Montferrer mountains), 10-15 min from all shops (Arles sur Tech), easy access, road in good condition, eggs from the henhouse and small jar of honey made at the Mas Can Ripe offered, 4-5° less than in the plain in summer. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.
