It is a recently renovated house from the early 1900s with a private entrance and courtyard, consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, large double bedroom and second double bedroom. The newly renovated house is surrounded by woods, at an altitude of 1150 metres, and is equipped with wifi and modern security devices. With a private entrance and a lovely equipped patio, you can enjoy wonderful outdoor lunches. The surrounding garden overlooks the woods of Oltrepò Pavese, and is also equipped with a stargazing station with the telescope! A few kilometers away, you will find the beautiful medieval villages of Varzi and Bobbio. We are waiting for you!

In the woods but 10 minutes from Bobbio, elected the most beautiful village in Italy in 2019, and the wonderful landscapes of the Trebbia river, with its bathing and crystal clear waters. 9 km from the summit of Monte Penice, with several routes for hiking or biking, including the Vaccarezza Cliff, a rock complex on Mount Groppo, ideal for sport climbing.

Small stonehouse, great place

A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Delightful brand new studio apartment inside a farmhouse. The apartment consists of a bright living area with an open kitchen and dining table, a sofa bed (for two people) and a television, a large bathroom with a rainfall shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The ceiling with exposed wooden beams is the highlight of the house and makes it particularly charming.
