Welcome to Retiro do Burel, where you can enjoy the best that Serra da Estrela has to offer. Our house has c.100 m2, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, and all amenities you need, in order to spend amazing and relaxing holidays away from home :) From our balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view that extends from Serra da Gardunha to the Tower. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
