Een perfecte locatie om te genieten van het park en de mooie omgeving. Het huis biedt ruimte aan 8 personen en telt 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers en een 2-persoons bed-bank in het souterrain. Op korte loopafstand bevindt zich het grote zoetwater-meer met volop vertier- en speel-mogelijkheden en op 4 km ligt de zee.

Tijdens de koudere dagen kan je genieten van de hout verwarmde kachel die de ruimte goed en knus verwarmd (hout inbegrepen).

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
