Holiday rentals with a balcony in Costa del Azahar

Right in the heart of Valencia! Church bells from the cathedral can be heard and it was such a perfect spot!!

Friendly landlord. Great location. Many cafes/restaurants only minutes. Several at the front door of the apartment, very clean. Everything you needed.

We booked for 3 nights, but the Spain-wide power failure seriously complicated our journey from Cordoba, with trains and re-booked public transport cancelled. At every turn, Lola and Nacho tried to help and offered check in at whatever time we managed to arrive. Correspondence with them was slick and positive in their immaculate English. Difficult to overstate the importance of this amid the 48 hours of travel chaos. Delightful hosts with a lovely central apartment to offer. My answer to the acid test question “would you return” is emphatically yes.

John and Yana were very welcoming. Yana met us at the apartment and provided instructions and also with local recommendations. She made us feel very welcome. Yana was also very responsive to any questions. The apartment was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location. A few steps into one of the alley styles streets of Valencia off of a busy plaza near the Cathedral and you find a private little apartment building tucked away. It’s where and it’s what you want, and a great host too!

Antonietta is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is in a really good location with easy access to transport links and amenities. It is a lively area with lots going on and plenty of places to eat and drink. The bedroom is away from the street side so we slept soundly. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage space in the bedroom as well. Would recommend.

Me and my mother had wonderful days in this apartment. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The balconies in front and behind the apartment are perfect for a drink. There were also super many convenient kitchen items that you can't always find in an airbnb. Recommended!

We had a lovely stay at David’s place. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. It was easy and peaceful for sleeping. The Terrace is amazing and has afternoon sun which is very hot. There is an electric retractable sunshade that works perfectly. When we arrived (later in the day) they had thought of everything, leaving us coffee, water, bread and even some fresh croissants and a bottle of wine. This was extraordinary for us as we didn’t need to rush out right after we arrived to get necessary supplies. There are plenty of local tavernas and grocery shops close by. The grocery right around the corner offers an orange juicer you place the size of bottle you want and push the button and it presses the oranges right in front of you. It was the best orange juice we’ve ever had. Down the street is an Empanada shop. They were quite good, but the server was so fun. She has a little bag of dog treats at the ready and locals walk past with their dogs who are ready to accept her treats.
