Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation just 2 minutes walk from the beach of Las Arenas and located a few meters walk from the Tarongers hockey field. The design and the qualities it enjoys make it unique. It is a new building located in a strategic area of the emblematic seaside neighbourhood of the city of Valencia. Ideal for teleworking. Guests under the age of 18 are not accepted unless accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay.

No vehicles pass between the house and the beach. It is a 10-minute walk from the town centre, a quiet residential area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings of the Delta. Recently refurbished, so that our guests can enjoy a few special days by the sea.

The beach house was completely renovated in 2020! Our beach house offers a beautiful sea view and is located right on the beach. Restaurants and downtown Vinaròs are within walking distance. You'll love this place because you can be in the sea in just a minute! Couples, families and solo travelers and all sea lovers will feel very comfortable here. Dogs are also welcome by arrangement (additional EUR 80 per total stay without food and accessories).

I am available to make your vacation easier. This year it's a new kitchen and air.
