Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Costa del Sol Occidental

We had a great holiday in Malaga staying at Daniels appartment. It was very comfortable, clean and exactly as described. Very well placed to walk into the centre for all the shops, bars, restaurants and historical area. We were warmly welcomed by Daniels mum and Daniel was so helpful and responsive.

Great location! The market on the other side of the street is very nice, and no noise in the evening or night. The balcony is nice to have (no sun except in the evening for 15 min). And many thanks to the host for providing the basics e.g. dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, coffee, etc. It is great to have as buying a new box with 100 tabs seems wrong when staying a week.

We felt at home the whole time. Julio & Solène were available at all times and the contact was very friendly. The apartment matched both the pictures and the description, the area is very quiet and we found it to be a pleasant "alternative". The small shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity are far from the usual tourist chic. We liked that a lot. But it is also not far to the old town and everything is within easy walking distance. The apartment was very clean and you can find everything you need for your stay there. The two living rooms offer everything you could want for a cozy day at home - even when it rains. We could only use the terrace once due to the weather, but it basically offers an additional room when the weather is nice. You are also undisturbed and very private up there. If you want a nice apartment, away from the hustle and bustle, but still not out of the way, we can only recommend staying with Julio & Solène.

The apartment was just perfect! Not only was it extremely clean, it even exceeded my expectations. Lidia was super nice, warm and always available, which made my stay even more pleasant. The apartment has everything you need and there are many great restaurants in the area. What particularly delighted me: The apartment looks even better in reality than on the photos! I highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

The location was central, easy to walk everywhere. The parking option downstairs was very convenient. The wifi worked great - we had a workcation trip and had no issues with video calls.

The place is very correct, small but just for a family of 3 or 2 people. Direct access to the sea and good pools, tidy and clean. We had an issue with the air settings and he responded quickly. Marbella and Fuengirola just a 20-minute drive. Cons: Boring area, there is no promenade and the offer of restaurants is very scarce, there are no ice cream shops nearby, you have to take the car or take a 20min walk to reach a chiringuito with more affordable prices. The nearby beaches are all rocky, the one in front of the accommodation and the closest on the right have a lot of algae and danger from hedgehogs, on the left there is a beach with sand and some more recommended rock but there was algae so there was some smell. If you want sandy beach you have to take the car and go to Cabopino.

I've been traveling throughout Spain for 2 months and Gerardo's place has been the homiest of all my stays thus far! It's a beautiful apartment that gets great sunlight and Gerardo goes out of his way to ensure you feel welcome and comfortable. He provided free bottled water, coffee and cookies, and an abundance of all the listed amenities (towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). I was working remotely so the provision of the ergonomic chair and laptop stand were also much appreciated. His local recommendations made deciding where to go easy and all of his suggestions hit the mark! Beyond the lovely space, Gerardo himself is lovely--he's warm, communicative, and even helped me load my luggage into my taxi as I was leaving. I would definitely stay with Gerardo again!

We were very kindly received, given good instructions about the apartment and the possibilities nearby. In addition, everything was available, also shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. Very nice!

Very nice clean stay where everything is present with a lovely roof terrace. Spacious sat for 4 people, especially if you live outside. 1 min walking distance from the beach, supermarket nearby and great connection to Malaga city center. Nice and quiet location but so on the cozy boulevard. We'd love to come back.

The stay with Maria and Carlos was very nice. The apartment is not far from beach and very spacious with all the everyday items needed. You can sit very nicely on the balcony. Communication with Carlos was consistently good, response came very quickly and despite our very spontaneous booking the night before, everything worked smoothly. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Jorge is a fantastic host and is extremely responsive to any queries. The room was exactly as described and in a fantastic location with a short walk to the city centre. Highly recommend!

House is beautiful and looked just like advertised pictures, peaceful setting with views of the golf course. A car is needed very hilly to reach Villa, but about 10 minutes drive into town for bars and restaurants and beach. Good selection of supermarkets for stocking up. Would definitely return again.

Carmen and Tobias were extremely hospitable hosts that were always full of ideas and suggestions on for example what we could do and what local delicacy we could cook. These were the friendliest hosts that I have experienced through airbnb. We were visiting the place with two families with small children and found that we always had everything we needed, and if we needed something more - like a small swimming pool for the children - Carmen and Tobias would provide. The accommodation is in quite a small village with has limited activities but it is a great hub in visiting other places in Andalusia with peace and privacy. I would recommend renting a car to access other places. The distances to all nearby places of interest are excellent. The accommodation itself was beautiful and had everything we would've needed. I would definetely recommend both the host and accommodation, especially for a bit longer stay in Andalusia!

It was a pleasure to stay at Las Piedras! Despite the terrible weather, we were delighted and very comfortable! The house and the views are beautiful, too bad we couldn't enjoy it more because of the rain. We were delighted that so many rooms were adapted, it makes it much easier for people with disabilities to access places that would otherwise be more complicated (Sierra de Málaga), for which we are very grateful! We hope to visit you again and enjoy the pool and the beautiful area!

Fantastic view. Nice and big house. Well equipped kitchen. Nice living room, however the dining table has only 6 chairs and difficult to sit more than 8. Emily is very helpful and service minded. The local town is beautiful and very close walking distance. There is a fantastic Danish bakery close to the house where we bought bread every morning. All in all the place is highly recommended.

We have stayed these days of holy week there,Federico is an exceptional host and very kind and helpful. The apartment as seen in the photos,very nice and very cozy and everything was clean and perfect. A few minutes from downtown. I would definitely repeat the experience,we have been very comfortable. We had a great time. Check-in was a great time. Josephin is very kind and responsive and was available upon arrival. Communication was a really simple one. The residence is very pleasant and secure. The green spaces are sublime and the 2 pools are great. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. We are a couple with 2 children and we have not missed anything. There's even a cot and highchair. Also beach games for the little ones. The living room is spacious. The terrace is very nice. No complaints about the two bedrooms. You have air conditioning, wifi, and washing machine. There are also 2 deckchairs to enjoy the edge of the pool. We highly recommend the apartment which is ideally located, very close to the beach and many restaurants and shops including the supermarket 3 minutes walk. The day of our departure Josephin was accommodating and allowed us to leave our suitcases on site for the time of cleaning, allowing us to walk around without our luggage while waiting for our flight. Thanks for everything!

Very idyllic location! Absolutely stunning home in the most beautiful nature surroundings with a small view of the sea. There are lemon trees, bird sounds, butterflies and other exciting animals came to visit: salamander, butterfly varieties, scolepentre … It was so nice to have a hammock. The host was quick to respond, she had left a bottle of cava in the fridge and was just super nice. Nothing was missing in the home. The neighbors were welcoming and the smiles and her cleaning the house next door was immensely helpful and lovely. Huge recommendation to stay in this house if you want tranquility and beautiful nature. The pool was also clean and beautiful as was the home. Overall a great stay The only downside is that garbage sorting is about 30 minutes down the mountain, but at least the same road as down to the beach.
