Parking is very good in the area and in 3 minutes walking you will be in the town hall square where you can get lost in squares and streets, have tapas or watch the sunset from the Guadiana. Located in the city center, near the old market and in front of the River Gilão, this house is located in a riverside area that has been recently requalified that allows good walks along the river. Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car. From restaurants, public services, transport and especially the boat to the beach (Tavira Island) whose embarkation pier is just a few meters away.

El Rompido. Charming townhouse

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

The staircase on the right leads to a mezzanine where you will find the bedroom with a very comfortable large bed. From the mezzanine, a staircase leads to the roof terrace of 40 m2 fully equipped with a barbecue, a garden furniture, a table for outdoor dining or dining and sunbathing.
