In prima fila sul mare, la villetta Granito gode di un’ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare, ma anche dalla Piazzetta dove si trovano market, bar, ristoranti e negozietti. Il soggiorno suddiviso in due ambienti, una zona con il tavolo da pranzo ed una con il divano e la tv e cucina è completamente accessoriata e funzionale. La zona letto è composta da due camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. . All’esterno la villetta è immersa nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista mare.

The Villetta Matteo is our private accommodation on the Costa Paradiso (view of Corsica). It is a beautifully located vacation home, on a hillside 80 m above sea level with 180 degree sea views from the spacious sun deck, embedded in rocky surroundings and Mediterranean vegetation. It offers sea views from all rooms as well as direct access to the terraces. A shared pool with breathtaking views of the sea and a nearby sandy beach "Li Cossi" (15-minute walk) complete the stay.

Bright apartment on the first floor of the family villa located in the pine forest in front of a small bay which can be accessed directly from the garden. A unique location in a corner of paradise, we are in the beautiful Gulf of Orosei Notice: As of April 2023, the municipality of Orosei has established a tourist tax of €1 per day per person over the age of 12. An oasis of peace in one of the most evocative places in Northern Sardinia, Costa Paradiso. Enjoy a unique sunset from the two terraces, with spectacular views of the Asinara and the Bocche di Bonifacio. The house has an equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Wi-Fi is also available, but we doubt you'll use it. Five minutes by car from the sea, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden.
