Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. It is accessed by a condominium staircase that leads to the terrace covered by a wooden canopy, equipped with a shower and barbecue. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a table, a sofa bed (convertible into a double bed), and a panoramic terrace; double bedroom; bathroom with shower.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
