From Perd'e Sali it is possible to reach the most beautiful beaches of the coast such as Nora, Santa Margherita, Chia, Tuerredda. Close by our Cottage you can discovery "Nora" an ancient Roman town.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. It is accessed by a condominium staircase that leads to the terrace covered by a wooden canopy, equipped with a shower and barbecue. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a table, a sofa bed (convertible into a double bed), and a panoramic terrace; double bedroom; bathroom with shower.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5min away.
