In a palace from the 1500, we arranged mini characteristic apartments with wooden beams in sight, stone or wooden floors, a magnificent view over the Gulf of Cagliari. All the apartments have a living area with double bed and sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, bed clothes, towels and air-conditioning. The apartments are located in the historic centre of Cagliari, “Castello” ( castle ), where you can find all major attractions, the city's entertainment, museums, nightlife and shopping streets. Public transports link you easily from the apartments to the rest of the city. Buena Vista Apartments are close to the harbor, the railway station, they’re a few kilometers away from the airport and only 4 Km from Cagliari’s famous beach: Poetto.

Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Situated in a peaceful elevated position overlooking Cagliari golf course, with views to the sea beyond. 5 mins drive to the beach, ideally located between Cagliari, the coast to Villasimius and the mountains of the Sette Fratelli National park. Spend unforgettable moments in this house that enjoys a breathtaking view of the very high dunes, the pristine sea, the golden beach and from which you can admire evocative sunsets. It is accessed by a condominium staircase that leads to the terrace covered by a wooden canopy, equipped with a shower and barbecue. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a table, a sofa bed (convertible into a double bed), and a panoramic terrace; double bedroom; bathroom with shower.

Panoramic apartment in a villa, comprising: a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen/living room with a three-quarter sofa bed, and a covered terrace from which you can enjoy stunning sunsets and relax while looking out to sea. The beaches of the Costa Verde are well worth at least one visit: the Piscinas dunes (the highest in Europe) will leave you breathless! During the following periods: 01/04/2026-01/05/2026 and from 01/10/2026, military exercises may take place.

The terrace is the real gem of the house, treat yourself with a warm bath in the Jacuzzi from which you can enjoy a priceless view on the city.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Casa Ester is a beautiful retreat nestled in one of the most unspoilt and enchanting parts of Sardinia, the Costa Verde. The most pleasant part of the house is the terrace with a sea view, which overlooks the sand dunes and the beautiful Torre dei Corsari beach, which is a 700-metre walk from the property. The property comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a sea view, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a sea view.
