Apartment in the center of Trafaria, restaurants, coffee shop, butcher shop, grocery store, buses and especially a direct boat to Lisbon (Belém) when going down the street from the building, parts of the ceiling are slanted! It's the second floor with no elevator. 2 Bedrooms, equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, living/dining room, bathroom! The building is very quiet because it has few floors and older residents, 5 minutes from Costa da Caparica and close to Lisbon! Breakfast Basket fee upon request!

We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

This 1st floor apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood "Pera de Baixo" and accessible through a separate entrance. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Carefully restored traditional, charming house in Porto - we are at about an hour by public transport to the center of Lisbon, 30 minutes by car - the access to the bedroom is through a steep narrow staircase - this is a house in the country side with no stores, bars, restaurants, etc at walking distance - the height of the doors is 1m80 - we have 1 bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed - over the entire north area of Caparica, Almada and West Lisbon there are flights passing by (700 meters altit)
