Salon contemporain avec baie vitrée à galandage ouvrant sur une terrasse couverte de 30m2, tous les espaces de vie ont vue sur la mer. Au Rdc, 3 chambres , Literies d’excellentes qualité, climatisation et stores occultants, avec accès à la terrasse de 40m2 ,piscine, jardin. Pas de nuisance , ni voiture ni train.
