It is a 44 m² duplex with a beautifully landscaped and shaded courtyard. On the ground floor, the living room/kitchen and a shower room, toilet. Upstairs, which is accessed either from the inside with its spiral staircase, or from its external staircase, there is a large bedroom and its shower room, toilet. We rent the independent ground floor of 90m2, with a landscaped Mediterranean garden, exceptional view of the calanque from its terrace (52m2). Sheets and towels included 1 reserved parking space in the garden.
