A private parking space, fenced garden at the back, and garage to store bicycles and beach equipment. Merlimont is 10 minutes from Le Touquet.

Ideal location: access to Sangatte beach in 3 minutes on foot, the start of the GR Cap Blanc-Nez in front of the Villa! The surf of the waves, the sunset over the sea seen from the living room. The signature sites and villages of Cap Blanc-Nez and Cap Gris-Nez are just around the corner. We thought of this house as a family second home.

It is located right next to the beach you can admire the sea from the front door. Close to all amenities, market, beds made before your arrival, towels, tea towels, board games, washer-dryer.
