This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. Backyard & dog run unavailable April - August 2026.
