This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, fridge, 2-burner gas stove, coffee maker etc. Entrance with wardrobe, upstairs large room approximately 40 m2 in the attic, double sofa bed, 3 single beds plus a baby bed, TV. Renovated and modern old farmhouse. Escape us to our home under the stars. Following several messages and requests, we want to let you know that the place you rent is not shared at all. When you rent from us you will be the only ones to be there. The only people likely to be there are the caretaker and his wife, who are there to take care of the animals and the places. Neither your presence nor theirs will be inconvenient.
